Who are we ?
Eberfirm was born in 2006 from the desire of its founder, John Fedger, to offer his fellow citizens ever more effective protection at the lowest possible cost. Fedger used to say that “good insurance is insurance that lets you get up in the morning without thinking about your wallet”.
Five years after its creation, Eberfirm already has many commercial customers throughout Europe.
Eberfirm quickly became one of the leading insurers in Europe and has helped define the very concept of insurance ever since.
In 2008, Eberfirm developed a completely new form of insurance for financial assets. Today, many insurance companies have been inspired by this and are also offering insurance for capital and the financial world.
In 2011, the company is rated A by the prestigious consortium of rating agencies.
In 2020, Eberfirm is one of the first companies to indemnify the effects of the various confinements and cessations of activities decreed throughout the world.
In 2022, Thierry Sagent is appointed Chairman and CEO. Eberfirm joins the very closed club of insurers rated A for more than 10 years by the various rating agencies.
Eberfirm is expected to exceed two million insured properties within 5 years.
